Doctor Pangea, “the world’s deadliest geologist”, has escaped from prison with plans to destroy Earth as we know it. As the clock ticks down to destruction, the city turns to its unlikely protector – 14 year old homeless girl Jesse, known to the rest of the world as the kungfu skateboarding superhero STREET ANGEL!
